Mount View Middle School Football won against Sandy River with a score of 40-8 Thursday night. Tydrez Clements had 388 total yards that included 3 rushing TD, 2 receiving TD, and 1 kick return. Harley Trent and Jaron Hale had a 2pt conversion each. Harley Trent had 29 rushing yards. Landon Hall had 6 rushing yards and 150 passing yards off 5 attempts.
On defense Mount View had the following: Clements led the way with 8 tackles, two of them for a loss. Omari Hill had 4 tackles, Hunter Keaton and Preston Butler had 3 each, and Landon Hall with 2. Harley Trent, Jonathan Gregg and Tomas Ward had several assisted tackles. Mount View Middle School’s next game is at Princeton Middle on Thursday.
