WELCH, WV - On Friday, December 13th, 2019, the Jack Caffrey Arts and Cultural Center was transformed by the Christmas spirit into Welch's Christmas Bazaar.
Local vendors filled the center, offering paintings, soaps, jewelry, food, crafts and more, all aimed at a Christmas-seeking audience.
Near the end of the Bazaar, Lee Dean of Huntington, WV brought Ol' Blue Eyes back . . .
