Charles Edward “Ridgerunner” White age 62, of Jolo West, Virginia passed away on Tuesday, December 17, 2019, at the Pikeville Medical Center in Pikeville, Kentucky.
He was born on April 4, 1957, at Princeton West, Virginia. He was the son of the late Allen Byrd White and Evelena Gore White. He was owner and operator of CW And S Transport. He loved trucking, riding four wheelers, and hunting.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one sister, Rose Haynes; one nephew, Bo Allen White; and one brother-in-law, Lloyd Mullins.

Funeral services for Charles Edward “Ridgerunner” White will be conducted on Saturday, December 21, 2019, 12:00 Noon, at the Raysal Freewill Baptist Church at Raysal, West Virginia, with Herman Day and Charles Vance officiating. Burial will follow at the Preston Mullins Cemetery, Baker Ridge Road, Paynesville, West Virginia.
There will be a service at the Raysal Freewill Baptist Church on Friday, December 20, 2019, at 7:00 P.M. Friends may call at 6:00 P.M.
Serving as pallbearers will be Gary Matthew Estep, Kevin Anglin, Joshua Anglin, Greg Estep, Ronald Graham, Lyle Day, Greg Cline, Daryl Stevens, Joe Burch, and David Little.
Honorary pallbearers will be Charlie Muncy, Eddie Asbury, Jackie Ratliff, Timmy Stevenson, Teddy Swin, Greg Noe, and Gordon Mullins.
