John “Paul” Baker, 47, of Raysal, WV, passed away Friday, November 22, 2019 in the Bowers Hospice House in Beckley, WV.
Paul was born December 19, 1971, in Welch, WV, a son of the late Harold and Shirley Lambert Baker.  Paul loved his family dearly and enjoyed hunting and fishing.  He was former coal miner.  Paul will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Paul was preceded in death by his parents, Harold and Shirley Baker; and three brothers, Harold Dennis, Eddie and Mark Baker.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Priscilla Blevins Baker of the home; two sons, Nicholas Paul Baker and girlfriend, Britney Blevins of Raysal, WV and Ryan Harold Baker and girlfriend Gracie Sloan of Mooresville, NC; three grandsons, Nicholas James Paul Baker of Abbs Valley, VA, Kaiden Reece Baker and Remington Colt Baker both of Raysal, WV; two brothers, Ray Baker and Tracy Baker and wife Ruth all of Raysal, WV; three sisters, Kay Horne of Marion, VA, Pearl Glick and husband Allen of Glossclose, VA, and Tammy Baker and boyfriend Travis of Marion, VA; two special friends, Darren and Windy Tolliver and Steve and Sherry Burton all of Raysal, WV; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Friends may visit with the family at the Family Worship Center in Jolo, WV, Wednesday, November 27, 2019 from 12 noon until 2 p.m.  Funeral services will be conducted at 2p.m. with Pastor Charles Rose and Reverend Allan Adams officiating. 
In honoring the wishes of the deceased his body will be cremated following these services.
