Marcia “Nicki” Spinella, age 80, of Flat Top, WV died on Saturday, January 25, 2020 at Princeton Community Hospital.
Born on March 27, 1939 in Keystone, WV, she was a daughter of the late Nicholas and Florence Mann Mandakunis. She had lived in Flat Top since 2002 and was a member of the Calvary Assembly of God in Beckley. She had retired from the McDowell County Board of Education with 30 years of service . . .
