WELCH, WV – Hubert Mullins, Jr. donated a few of his newest books, titled, “Pieces” “Ghost Train of Treblinka” & “The Hearth” to the McDowell Public Library in Welch. He’s also the author of 8 other books, including “The Last Library.”

He is a native of Welch, where he still resides with his wife Jessica and son, Liam. He graduated from Mount View, Bluefield State, and is currently working on his master’s degree at Liberty University. He’s also a teacher at Fall River Elementary.

In his spare time, Mullins enjoys writing, reading and playing video games.  Pictured are Mullins & library clerk, Chessie Hatfield, holding a donated book.
