River View Falls At Man

MAN – The Man Hillbillies won their 13th game in 15 starts and their fifth contest in a row Tuesday evening with a 72-40 victory over River View.
Sophomore Austin Ball led all scorers with 24 points, on 11-of-15 shooting from the field, for the Hillbillies, followed by junior Peyton Adams and Jackson Tackett, a sophomore, who tallied 16 and 13 points respectively.
Tackett grabbed 16 rebounds and Ball recorded 10 for Man, with no seniors on its roster. The Hillbillies starting lineup is comprised of one junior and four sophomores.
Tenth grader Daniel Dobbs poured in 15 points to lead the 10-7 Raiders, while junior Chase Porter tracked down 10 misfires.
The Raiders will host Mercer Christian Academy tomorrow evening and Man will visit Sherman, also tomorrow evening.
