CLEAR FORK – Westside senior Riana Kenneda had a night to remember Thursday as she poured in 24 points and eclipsed 1000 points for her career to lead the Lady Renegades to a regular season ending 75-34 win over the visiting Shady Spring Lady Tigers.
The victory was the 15th in 22 starts for Westside, while that decision snapped a four game Shady Spring win streak. The Lady Tigers conclude their regular season 10-10.
The Lady Renegades, seeded second in Class AA Region III Section 1, will square off against third seed Oak Hill Monday evening at 6 pm at Wyoming East High School in the opening sectional game.
Shady is seeded fifth in Class AA Region III Section 2 and will travel to James Monroe tomorrow in the play-in game in that sectional.
