Karen has that kind of heart that cares about each person she makes contact with, and her staff at Willowcreek makes you feel just as comfortable.
This week, I was in the county commission meeting when my daughter called me in tears of frustration about trying to get in somewhere to take her yearly DOT physical to renew her CDL. She was so frustrated at the number of calls she had made, just trying to take her physical.
A teary-eyed call from your child will stop the day for any Momma, but I was pretty sure I could fix this problem.
One call the Willowcreek Clinic from the county commission hallway, and the problem was resolved.
Also a shoutout to our local DMV employees who made the rest of the process easy as pie!
This speaks to why I love McDowell County, where if you’re in a situation where you need help and ask for it, there is another McDowell Countian willing to help.
