MCDOWELL COUNTY, WV – Yesterday, McDowell County Schools maintenance department hang banners up in both Welch and Bradshaw congratulating the senior class of 2020 at Mount View and River High Schools.

Through the week, administrators and staff also visited the homes of seniors to surprise them with signs, as well as presenting them at River View for seniors picking up their diplomas.
