At the June 3, 2020 meeting of the Welch Lions Club Lion Bill Spencer received the Diamond Centennial Award from Lions International, an award given to member for membership promotion and retention. This is the second Centennial Award for Lion Spencer. Presenting the award was Welch Lions Club Presidnt Frank Cooley.
