Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, McDowell Public Library announced that summer reading programs would be a bit different this year.
Each time a book is checked out, visitors to the library will have their name entered for an end-of-summer prize.
Crafts are also available for pickup each week to help keep little hands busy during the summer months, as well as small prizes from the Treasure Chest.
For ages 7-16, a Bingo challenge is being held. When visiting the library, don’t forget to pick up a bingo card. Participants will also be put in the drawing for the end-of-summer prizes.
