Tammie Marie Stevens, 38, of Avondale, WV, passed away Wednesday, July 15, 2020.
Tammie was born September 30, 1981 in Bluefield, WV, a daughter of Sharon Mullins and the late Arthur Walter Sprouse. Tammy liked animals and loved her dog, Bella.
In addition to her father, Arthur Walter Sprouse, Tammie was preceded in death by two brothers, Danny Ray Sprouse and Peter Sprouse.
Survivors include her husband Corey Stevens of Oklahoma; her mother, Sharon Mullins of Grapevine, WV; step father, John Woolum also of Grapevine; six sisters, Celena Phillips of Welch, WV, Sabrina Ferguson and husband Arnold Walker of Litwar, WV, Linda Lambert and Sandra Sprouse both of Tennessee, Mary Dameron of Ikes Fork, WV; and Debbie Cline of Princeton, WV; two brothers, Randy Joe Sprouse and wife Cammy of Tennessee and Arthur James Sprouse of Bolt Mountain , WV; grandmother, Margie Szauz of Ohio; aunt, Donna Paris and husband Doug of Coalwood, WV; nephews and nieces, James Phillips and wife Amanda of Coalwood, WV, Makayla Walker of Litwar, WV, Steven Ferguson of Grapevine, and Joseph Ford of Iaeger; great nephew, Aiden Phillips of Coalwood, WV; and special friend and sister-in-law, Heather McKenzie of Oklahoma.
Friends may visit with the family Friday evening, July 17, 2020 after 6 p.m. at the Old Pathway Church on Johnnycake Mountain near Iaeger. Evening services will be held at 7 p.m.
Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, July 18, 2020 at 11 o’clock with Reverend James Cline officiating at the Old Pathway Church on Johnnycake Mountain near Iaeger.
Following these services her body will be cremated.
Services will be held in accordance with Covid-19 guidelines, mask are to be worn by all attending and social distancing is to be practiced.
