NORTHFORK, W.Va. – Carol Sizemore was elected in last week’s Northfork Town election to continue to serve as Mayor. She has been at Northfork’s helm since being appointed as Mayor in October 2016.
Gary Dove was reelected to the Recorder position.
Mike Capparelli and Latonia Foster were also elected to another four year team each, while current councilman Robert White was also reelected, running as a write-in candidate.
Francine Spencer, currently a council member who was appointed last year to her late husband’s seat, also won a seat, as did newcomer Kenneth Brown.
The current council canvassed the election Monday evening and will certify the results tomorrow evening at 6 p.m., as well as being sworn in for their new terms.
