Amanda Paije Thornsbury McGuire, 37, of Anawalt WV, finished her journey on this earth on Saturday, August 8, 2020 at her residence. Born March 30, 1983, in Welch WV, she was the daughter of Tina Wellman and Kirby Thornsbury.
Amanda will always be remembered for her free spirit, loving heart, and living her life to the beat of her own drum.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather’s Pat G. Wellman Jr and Carl Mahon, uncles Shaun P. Wellman, and Jamie Daugherty whom she loved dearly.
Those left to cherish her memories are her husband, Roy McGuire of the home, her maw maw Mary Wellman Mahone whom she loved like a mom, her mother, Tina Billings and husband Randy of Elyria OH, father Kirby Thornsbury of Pulaski VA, sister Ashleigh Thornsbury of Premier WV, a special aunt Crystal Daugherty, uncles, Pat G. Wellman III and wife Barbie of Louisa VA, Joe Wellman of Roderfield, WV, special nieces and nephews,  Katelyn and Blake Lauderback of Premier WV, and Alaina and Dylan Browning of Winston Salem N.C. ; Whom she loved like they were her own, and a host of Friends and Family, two special friends, Betty Stevenson and Joanna Clemins.
In keeping with her wishes the body will be cremated and a private family memorial will be held at a later date.
