Frances Louise Kemp Fagio, 91, formerly of Welch, WV, passed away peacefully at her home in Salem, VA on August 15, 2020.
Frances was born August 31, 1928 in Welch, WV, a daughter of the late John Kemp and Ida Kemp. She was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, and friend, as well as a faithful member for over forty years of The Truth. Frances was a beautiful, shining light of love who cherished her relationship with God, family, and all those whom she dearly loved. She was strong woman who never complained and remained humble throughout her long life.
She was proceeded in death by her father John Kemp and mother Ida Kemp, her three sons, Jimmy, Johnny and Sherman Fagio; and one daughter, Sheila Fagio Small.
Survivors include three daughters Shirley Key of Salem, VA; Shelley (Don) Sober of Roanoke, VA; Charlotte Scott of Kimball, WV; son Jeffrey (Teresa) Fagio of Salem, VA; grandchildren Christina Key of Salem, VA; Billy Ray (Julie) Scott of Bluefield, WV; Shawnda LaPrad of Roanoke, VA; Rebecca Sober of Roanoke, VA; Tammie (Frank) Whittaker of Ballard, WV; Fabian “Toy” Small of Bluefield, WV; great-grandchildren Alexander Tashe of Salem, VA; Kensley Cruz of Salem, VA; Billy Ray Scott, Jr. of Bluefield, WV; Joseph Scott of Bluefield, WV; James Scott of Bluefield, WV; Tammy Mays of NC; Tori Small of Bluefield, WV; Savanna Small of Bluefield, WV; Sheena Small of Bluefield, WV; Joshua Small of Bluefield, WV; Alexis Sexton of Roanoke, VA; Talon Sober of Roanoke, VA; Brent (Erin) Whittaker of Winston-Salem, NC; Brandie (Carl) Boswell of Winston-Salem, NC; along with a host of beloved great-great grandchildren.
A celebration of life in the glory of God will be held as a graveside service at Roselawn Memorial Gardens (450 Courthouse Road) in Princeton, WV on Wednesday, August19th at 1:00pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Roselawn Cemetery on behalf of Frances Fagio
