Norma Jean Bailey, 67, of Mohawk, WV, passed away Wednesday, August 19, 2020. 
Norma was born April 30, 1953 in Mohawk, WV a daughter of the late Everett and Ruth Ann Ellis Justice.   
In addition to her parents, Norma was preceded in death by two sisters, Shelby Cline and Josephine Layne; seven brothers, Curtis Coleman, Ira Justice, Doug Justice, Eugene Justice, Dot Justice, Graham Justice and Russell Justice; and her father and mother-in-law, Amos “Pig” and Opal Bailey; son-in-law, Denny McKinney.
Survivors include her husband, Thomas Bailey of the home; daughter, Tammy McKinney of Mohawk, WV; granddaughter, Angel Bailey and husband Buddy of Mohawk, WV, great grandchildren, Hailey, Madison, McKenzie, and Hayden; two sisters, Lorene Little of Hurley, VA, and Patsy Robinette and husband Hassell of Panther, WV; two brothers, Raymond Justice and wife Angela of Mohawk, WV and Jerry Justice and wife Patty of Abingdon, VA; special niece and care giver, Suzie Cline and caregivers Denise Hatfield and Connie Hunt.  
Funeral services will be conducted Monday, August 24, 2020 at 1 o’clock at the Panther Missionary Baptist Church, Panther, WV. Officiating will be Reverend Larry Rife, Reverend Otis Blankenship, Reverend Willie Coleman, and all other preachers welcome. Burial will follow in the Justice Cemetery at Mohawk, WV. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
Friends may visit with the family at the Panther Missionary Baptist Church beginning Saturday evening August 22, 2020 and again Sunday, August 23, 2020.  Evening services will be held each evening at 7 o’clock.
Services will be held in accordance with Covid-19 guidelines, mask are to be worn by all attending and social distancing is to be practiced.
