Floyd, age 65 a resident of McDowell Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Gary, WV; formerly of Welch, WV and Pageton, WV, who departed this life on Thursday, September 10, 2020 at the Welch Community Hospital.  Gregory-Page Funeral Home in Welch is in charge of the Arrangements.
