On September 30, 2020 John Pete Wagoner of Bartley, WV went to be with the Lord.  John Wagoner was born April 23, 1980.  He was 40 years old.  John was the son of Sharon Adams and the late Buck Wagoner and step father Roger Baker, which are all residents of Bartley WV.

John was currently residing in Mount Hope, near Oak Hill, WV, with his loving and beautiful fiancée Emilee Hicks and her two children, whom all loved and cared for John with all their hearts.  John had two daughters of his own each from previous relationships.  Maddison Wagoner age 18 of Gary, WV and Selena Rowe age 13 of Bartley, WV.

John is survived by his brother Christopher Wagoner, his wife Jodie Wagoner, and niece Addison Wagoner of Coalwood, WV and one surviving sister Hailey Hale and niece Isabella of Bartley, WV.  John is also survived by two step-brothers, Christopher Adams of Bluefield, WV and Eric Adams of Roanoke, VA, who became John’s step siblings from his late step-father Rodney Adams.

John was preceded in death by his brother Charles Edward Wagoner, and sister Chasity Noel Cassidy.  John has several aunts, uncles, and cousins.  Elizabeth and Wesley Puckett of #3 Bartley, Sheila Mullins of Richlands, VA and Sherry and Ballard Kirk of Caretta, WV.

Pallbearers of John’s service include Bruce Golden, Charles Golden, Ballard “BJ” Kirk, Don Kirk, Mark Marek, and Robert Roberts.  Services will be conducted by Roger Hale and Lacy Grifith at Yukon Pentecostal Holiness Church at Yukon #2, Yukon, WV on October 7, 2020 at 2:00 pm.  Friends may call two hours prior to the service.  Interment will follow at Shrader Cemetery in Bartley, WV.
