Charles Andrew “Andy” Belcher, 48, of Carswell passed away Saturday, November 21, 2020 in Raleigh General Hospital, Beckley.
Born November 6, 1972 in Welch he was the son of Nancy Kaye Wyatt Belcher of Carswell, and the late Clarence Wayne Belcher. Andy was a 1991 graduate of Mount View High School, and a former clerk with Rite Aid in Welch. He was a former dispatcher for the Welch Police Department, and had been a volunteer with the McDowell and Welch Fire Departments.
In addition to his mother he is survived by two daughters, Tiffani Belcher of Welch and Kalei Adkins of Athens; a brother Shawn Belcher and girlfriend Melissa Green of Carswell; a niece Sophia Belcher of Arizona; and a nephew Derrick John of Shepherdstown, WV. He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Andy has been cremated, and the family will honor his memory at a later date.
