Ralph G. Mullins, 64, of Marion, VA, passed away Saturday, February 20, 2021 in Smyth County Community Hospital in Marion, VA.
Ralph was born March 11, 1956, in Welch, WV, a son of Ulis Mullins and the late Mary Elizabeth Marshall Mullins.  He was a correctional officer for the state of Virginia and a former coal miner. Ralph was an avid golfer.
In addition to his mother, Mary Mullins, Ralph was preceded in death by an infant brother.
Survivors include his father, Ulis Mullins of Raysal, WV; two brothers, Wesley Lee Mullins and wife Kimberly of Lebanon, VA, and Stephen Mark Mullins and wife Brookie of Glad Spring, VA; one sister Deborah Kay Garett of Lebanon, VA; his companion, Ann Tate of Marion, VA; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at 12 o’clock with Reverend Jimmy Kelly officiating at the Chapel of Fanning Funeral Home in Iaeger. Burial will follow in the Mullins Cemetery at Paddle Fork near Raysal, WV.  Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
Friends may visit with the family Wednesday, February 24, 2021 from 11 a.m. until time of services at 12.
Services will be held in accordance with Covid-19 guidelines, mask are to be worn by all attending and social distancing is to be practiced with no more than 25 people in attendance.
