Mary Loutishia Bailey, 61, of Horse Creek near Panther, WV, passed Tuesday, March 2, 2021 at her residence.

Mary was born March 17, 1959, in Welch, WV, a daughter of the late James and Violet Asbury Muncy.  

In addition to her parents Mary was preceded in death by one brother, Darrell; three sisters, Bobbi Jean, Pearl, and Sherry; and one nephew, June Bug.  

Survivors include her husband of 43 years, Otto Bailey of the home; one daughter Angela Bailey, one son, Cecil Bailey, and three grandchildren, Aidrian, Anah, and Axl Bailey all of North Carolina.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, March 6, 2021 at 12 noon with Reverend Danny Bowles officiating at the Independent Church of God at Ritter.  Burial will follow in the Muncy Family Cemetery in Ritter Hollow near Avondale, WV. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.

Friends may visit with the family Friday evening, March 5, 2021 after 6 p.m. at the Independent Church of God at Ritter.

Services will be held in accordance with Covid-19 guidelines, mask are to be worn by all attending and social distancing is to be practiced.
