Newbill Sr.  of Bluefield, WV; formerly of Welch, who departed this life on Sunday, April 18, 2021 in Bluefield.  Service will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Saturday, April 24, 2021 at the Open Heart Ministries Resource Center (formerly Grace United Methodist Church) 206 Thomas Street, Bluefield, WV.  Visitation (today) 5-7 p.m., at Lovely Zion Baptist Church in Kimball and one hour prior to Service on Saturday.  Services entrusted to Gregory-Page Funeral Home in Welch.
