ENGLISH, W.Va. – Working on a anonymous tip Deputies with the McDowell County Sheriff’s Office conducted a search in the English area of McDowell County around 8pm Sunday evening.

While at the residence. a Kimberely Brewer fled on foot and was arrested for Possession of a controlled substance fleeing and obstructing.

James Hagerman was arrested for being a fugitive from justice out of Virginia.

Quinton Dawson Jr. was arrested for possession with intent to deliver a schedule I, Schedule II and Schedule III controlled substance, 2 counts possession of a schedule IV controlled substance and Maintaining a dwelling for the sale of a controlled substance.

They were arraigned before Magistrate Richard VanDyke and a bond of was set on the following:

• James Hagerman No Bond
• Quinton Dawson Jr Unable to be arraigned as of press time.
