MCDOWELL COUNTY, W.Va. – Multiple law enforcement memorial events have been planned for the week, ending with an Officer Memorial Service in Gary this weekend.

On Tuesday, May 11th, 2021, an Open House will be held at Kimball Police Department.

On Wednesday, May 12th, 2021, a special Law Enforcement service will be held at Gary Pentecostal Holiness Church beside the nursing home.

On Friday, May 14th, 2021, the Police Memorial Parade will make its away around downtown Welch at 8 p.m.

On Saturday, May 15th, 2021, a week’s worth of events will culminate in the Officer Memorial Service at Gary City Hall’s Police Memorial.
