Dereck Dwayne Galyean, 33 of Peterstown, WV, passed away Saturday, February 26, 2022 from injuries received in an automobile accident.Derick was born August 10, 1988 in Logan, WV a son of Linda Chambers Galyean and the late Benny Galyean.
