Raymond Eugene Winslow, 66, of War, WV, passed away Wednesday, March 2, 2022 at his resident following a short illness.
Raymond was born January 6, 1956 in Stringtown near Jolo, WV, a son of the late Hager and Lorraine Melton Gibson. Raymond was a former over the road truck driver and a security guard.
