Ashland Resort Invests in Great People

ASHLAND, W.Va. – Ashland Resort is celebrating Ashley Tabor and Kira Triplett on completing their first year of the Association of RV and Campgrounds – National School of RV Park and Campground Management.

The National School of RV Park & Campground Management two-year program enhances the skills of its attendees through a high-quality educational program focusing on business management principles and practices as applied to the RV park and campground industry. National School brings leading industry experts to provide participants with the skills and expertise needed to make positive impacts in the industry. 

Ashley Tabor, Supervisor at Ashland Resort has been with the resort for four years. Her dedication and talent have led to this opportunity.

“I’m grateful to have been given this opportunity. I look forward to growing with Ashland,” said Tabor.
A four-year employee, Kira Triplett, Supervisor at Ashland Resort has risen to each challenge presented and was selected to attend this national school.

“My experience at ARVC Management School was great. I learned so much and hope to implement what I learned to help my company grow and continue to be successful,” said Triplett.

Both took the opportunity and made the most of it.

Ashland Resort has a strong mission to develop leadership skills in all staff. As the resort continues to expand the need for strong skilled staff grows. The greatest asset the resort has is its employees. The ultimate camping experience is the goal for all guests.
