KEYSTONE, W.Va. - Keystone Police Department will conduct a soft checkpoint at Keystone City Hall along Route 52 today.

Chief of Police S.P. “Pat”McKinney said only vehicles with obvious violations will be stopped.Alternate routes are 103 and 161.
