AVONDALE, W.Va. – An arrest has been made in connection with a drive-by shooting that occurred on the 1st of April along Mountaineer Highway in Avondale.

Cody Lee Hager, 28, of Logan, WV was arrested and charged with Attempted Murder, Wanton Endangerment (4 cts.), Prohibited Person in Possession of a Firearm, and Malicious Wounding.
