Joyce Hatfield, 75, of Hanover, WV, passed away Thursday, November 4, 2021.

Joyce was born March 26, 1946, a daughter of the late Adam and Audrey Lee Lester.  

In addition to her parents Joyce was preceded in death by one brother, Bennie Lester and two sisters, Judy and Susie; and one nephew Tony Lester.

Survivors include her husband, Ozie Hatfield of the home and one son, William Banks of Newport News, VA; and a niece Sandra Lester of Pine Levell, NC; and a great nephew, Troy Lester.

Joyce’s body has been cremated.

A memorial service will be held at the Hanover Baptist Church in Hanover, WV, Friday evening, April 15, 2022 from 6 to 8 p.m.  

Fanning Funeral Home in Iaeger, WV, is assisting the family.
