PEGGY SUE MORGAN JUSTICE

Peggy Sue Morgan Justice. 80, of Iaeger, WV went to be with the Lord after a short illness at Raleigh General Hospital on Friday, April 15, 2022.

Peggy was the daughter of the late Jay and Helen Morgan.  She was a homemaker and owner of “Peggy’s Slender You.”  Before her retirement, she held a variety of jobs in retail, including manager at Servco in Kernersville, NC.  She was a hard worker and had the ability to make people laugh with her boldness.  she loved shopping, warm weather, spending time with family and friends, getting her nails done, and giving good advice.  Peggy was of the Baptist Faith.

In addition to her parents, Peggy was preceded in death by her daughter, Crystal Justice Redding; maternal grandparents, Eli and Ollie Mullin sand paternal grandparents, Ken and Lizzy Morgan.  She was also preceded in death by half siblings, Josephine Trail, Bernice Long, and JC Morgan; as well as a host of aunts and uncles including Willa Trail, whom she adored; and a special cousin Bernice Justice.

Those left to cherish her memories are one son, Jay (Wendy) Justice of Garland; two granddaughters, Cortney (Chris) Riffe and Whitney (Jeremy) Waldron both of Iaeger; three great-grandchildren, Grayson Riffe, Jackson Riffe, and Ashton Waldron all of Iaeger with her first great-granddaughter on the way of whom she referred to as “Sue-Sue”; one half -brother, Frank Morgan of Georgia; and a host of nieces, nephews, and special friends who will never forget her.

Anyone who knew Peggy knew her attention to details.  She of course had her final wishes written down for the family to follow. Per her request, her body has been cremated and there will be no funeral home service.  She wanted everyone to remember the good memories instead of her final days.

A graveside committal with Reverend Clyde Endicott and Chris Riffe officiating will be held at a later date.
