In loving memory of Johnny Lee Charles Sr.

Born Feb 24th, 1942 Died: Aug 16th, 2022.

Proceeded in death by his parents, Jim and Lula “Dunford” Charles. Sisters, Helen Chales, Shirl Blackner, Brothers, William and Walther Charles.

Survived by, Sister Get “Steve” Boone. His loving wife, Phyllis “Mitchell” Charles. Sons, Johnny Jr. “Juanita” Charles, Jamie “Tine” Charles. Daughters, Mary Blizzard, Demeita Carpenter, Joy “ Kevin” Skipper.

11 Grandchildren, and 11 Great Grandchildren, and many Nieces and Nephews. 

He was retired US Army, a Freemason and a 

Shriner. He was loved in life, and cherished in death. A celebration in life will be held at a later date by Johnny’s wishes.
