AG Morrisey Ready for Legal Battle for the Constitutionality of Hope Scholarship Act after Supreme Court Injunction Denial

CHARLESTON — West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey said the state Supreme Court of Appeals has denied the state’s motion to stay the preliminary and injunctive relief against the Hope Scholarship Act.
