Kelly Wayne Christian Sr., 53, of War, WV, passed away Thursday, September 8, 2022, in Cincinnati, OH.

Kelly was born June 23, 1969 in Welch, WV, a son of the late Kenny and Joan Lee Christian.     

In addition to his parents Kenny was preceded in death by one daughter, Victoria Christian, and two stepsons, Billy Underwood and Steven Perkins.

Survivors include his wife Connie Underwood Christian of the home; three sons, McKinley Christian, Kelly Christian Jr., and Matthew Christian all of Bradshaw; two step daughters, Sally Walker of Kimball and Peb Barton of Princeton; and the mother of his children, Kimberly Christian of Bradshaw.

Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, September 15, 2022 at 1 o’clock, with Reverend Ricky Garlic officiating at the Chapel of Fanning Funeral Home in War, WV.  Burial will follow in the Underwood Cemetery at John’s Branch near War, WV.  Serving as pallbearers will be family and friends.

Friends may visit with the family Thursday, September 15, 2022 from 11 a.m. until the time of services at the Chapel of Fanning Funeral Home in War, WV.
