Sandra Yvonne Neal, 56, of Davy, WV, passed away Wednesday, September 14, 2022 at her residence. Born April 6, 1966 in Welch, she was the daughter of the late Ray Ellis Heath and Betty Louise Blair.
Sandra was a homemaker and a member of the Twin Branch Pentecostal Assembly in Twin Branch.
Those left to cherish her memories are her husband, Joseph Neal of the home; one son, Randall Ellis McCraskey of the home; one daughter, Brandi Cecil and husband Billy of Premier; one brother, William Heath Sr. and wife Judy of Davy; three grandchildren. Ryleigh, Christian and Colton Cecil; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, September 22, 2022 at 11:00 AM from the Twin Branch Pentecostal Assembly with the Reverends Melissa Craft, Marie Bolden and Randall Dority, officiating. Burial will follow in the Iaeger Memorial Cemetery in Roderfield.
Friends may call at the church Wednesday, September 21, 2022 after 6:00 PM.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
